Pekarske Builders has partnered with Wisconsin Energy Star Homes (WESH) to bring you the latest in construction techniques and design. WESH is a state funded program designed to improve the quality of new homes in Wisconsin.  One of the key components of the program is performance testing.  All of our homes are independently tested by a certified  consultant to give the homeowner concrete facts which show how their home is functioning.  Claims of quality are easy to make, but until a home is actually tested there is no way to know if it is performing as designed.
