Wisconsin Energy Star Homes is a state funded program designed to improve the quality of new homes in Wisconsin.
One of the key components of the program is performance testing. All of our homes are independently tested by a third-party professional consultant to give the homeowner concrete facts. These facts show how their home is functioning. 
Claims of quality are easy to make, but until a home is actually tested there is no way to know if it is performing as designed.
