Since its beginning in 1995, Pekarske Builders has focused on providing value for the homeowner.
Value is maximized through efficient use and management of all construction resources. Brothers Dave and Mark Pekarske worked in construction while in high school.
They continued in building while going to the University of Wisconsin LaCrosse and Platteville.
After graduation, they decided to continue in construction and started Pekarske Builders Inc. with the philosophy of building the best possible energy efficient home possible.
Pekarske Builders is a very active member of the Manitowoc County Home Builders Association, the Wisconsin Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders.
Mark served as the President of the Manitowoc County Home Builders association in 2007.
Pekarske Builders is also one of the elite builders in Wisconsin’s Focus on Energy New Homes program
